I am not sure where I got this recipe, but this fudge is delicious!
Peanut Butter Fudge
3 cups sugar
3/4 cup margarine
2/3 c evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
6 oz package semi sweet chocolate pieces
7 oz jar Marshmallow Creme
1/2 cup peanut butter
Prepare 13x9 by either greasing the pan or lining with foil and spray with cooking spray. I like using the foil so I can lift the fudge out of the pan to cut the squares.
Chocolate fudge layer:
Combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, 6 tablespoons margarine, and 1/3 cup evaporated milk in a sauce pan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and continue boiling for minutes while continually stirring so it does not scorch.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate pieces, 1/2 jar of marshmallow creme and 1/2 tsp vanilla.

Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, 1/2 jar of marshmallow creme and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Spread over chocolate layer. Cool and then cut into squares. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
